Preparing a tax return can be complex. It often happens that something is simply forgotten. That's why we have prepared a simple tax questionnaire for you, where you can review all the necessary documents. The questionnaire is available here!
Your tax return will be prepared within three working days, if all necessary documents are provided. If any documents are missing, the time needed to process the tax return may be extended.
In 2024, the deadline for submitting a paper income tax return for individuals is April 2, 2024, at the latest. We can file the tax return for you. ONLINE, this deadline will be extended for you, and the tax return can be submitted within the regular deadline until 2. may 2024.You won’t need a data mailbox, an electronically recognized signature, or citizen identification for this!
Foreigners need an assigned Czech birth number for the extended deadline. Slovak citizens born before January 1, 1993, have a valid birth number in the Czech Republic.
A invoice for payment with the corresponding price according to the current price list for processing the tax return will be attached to your tax return in one e-mail. The current price list for tax returns is provided above.

We will be delighted to represent you fully before the authorities. You can devote your time entirely to your business. We will ensure that all documents are delivered to the relevant institutions on time.
This refers to the submission of bank statements in a format that allows the uploading of bank transactions into accounting software. This primarily includes formats such as ABO, GPC, or CSV. All banks in the Czech Republic provide these formats for download in their online banking systems; in some banks, you may need to request activation of the service.
The POHODA accounting software can automatically upload documents such as invoices issued by your E-SHOP. The price for accounting such documents will be determined by mutual agreement.
Taking over the accounting during the year is possible.
According to the sample form, the client can issue a summary document for a specific month/year, where they list transactions of the same type. For example, all fuel purchases made in August. This summary document will be posted as a single entry and will be considered as one document for invoicing.
Our accounting firm is not responsible for any errors in the calculations provided in the summary document completed by the client.
We will provide you with access to our accounting software, where you can issue invoices or obtain information about company management. Your company's accounting, taxes, and HR will be under professional supervision. The software used is POHODA.
